- Two passport size photographs
- Photocopy of the birth certificate (must be translated into Spanish or English by an official translator if necessary).
- Photocopy of the immunization certificate (must be translated into Spanish or English by an official translator if necessary).

- High School official transcript (records for the last three school years)

The exams will be scheduled after the interview. Exams could take from one hour to four hours, depending on the level being tested and the subjects that were recommended by the interviewer. These exams cost $25.00 each and a receipt must be presented the day of the exam. |

All new families will be interviewed, however, before scheduling the interview appointment all the requirements stated below must be met (either sent to school or presented the day of the interview).
